Bending control: The AXI750 uses multiple laser sensors to accurately measure the deformation of any PCB assembly for bending compensation of that section of the board. Reliable inspection results are guaranteed even for highly complex boards with overlapping and multilayer components and Press-fit connectors.

High precision technology: The AXI 750 has highly flexible programming, allowing multiple focal points to be set in one program and independent actions to be performed simultaneously. And the measured object can be fixed during the detection process to prevent possible damage. The 750 solution is ideal for detecting thick PCBS, PoP packages, high component PCBS, and more with bilateral PressFit.

High Precision BGA detection: AXI detects individual blocks and shapes and compares them to the nearest BGA. In addition, the new HiP defect algorithm can quantify multiple images at the same time and compare the contours of BGA.
